Bernie is somewhat unknown. She arrived on the ship that came within days after the EotW. A Doctor, she's made a name for herself locally by jumping into the task of setting up a temporary hospital and then working to make it something more permanent. Points of Note About Bernie: The most mysterious & unknown of the community leaders. Arrived on the ship that mysteriously appeared with supplies and reinforcements after the EotW. Originally from Atlanta, GA. Was hired to be part of a ship full of supplies and people sent forward in time, to arrive after the EotW week, in the event things went badly. Organized finding a temporary replacement hospital after Saint Anthony's was destroyed. Organized the establishment of a new permanent hospital after the need exceeded the facility. Very task focused.
