The topic of NPC children having "powers" is a sensitive one, we recognize this. These are the guidelines that we will be applying on Safe Haven Harbor:

• There will also be no Psychic children, thaumaturgy practicing children, or children who behave as if they were going to Awaken on Safe Haven Harbor.

• Children who are Wolfblooded or Proximus will be permitted - but will have no powers associated to being of this template. Such occasions where there is an NPC child meant to be one of these, a +note detailing this information and it's approval by staff will be required.
